- 1/4 cup peanut butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sodium-reduced soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon hot water
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well using a wire whisk.
Makes 1/2 cup. Can be stored covered in the refrigerator for several days.
