Chunky Chicken Peanut Log

  • 2 pkgs cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 1 tbs steak sauce (your choice)
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup peanuts (dry roasted, chopped)

Directions: Blend together softened cream cheese, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, onions, salt and pepper. Make into log on waxed paper. Roll in chopped peanuts. Serve with crackers or celery.
